About Sally Ann Greer Ph. D. Dr. Greer is a graduate of the California School of Professional Psychology. Leaving the Plastic Surgery Department at U.C.S.D. Medical Center, Dr. Greer moved to the Greater Washington area in 1982, upon accepting a position with George Washington University. Dr. Greer also served as Chief Psychologist at the Medical Department for the U. S. Department of State for six years.
