Walter E. Deuchler Associates, Inc. (WEDA) was originally organized in 1916 as Walter E. Deuchler and Company, under the ownership of Walter E. Deuchler, Senior. The firm became known as Walter E. Deuchler Associates, Inc. in 1953 when it was incorporated under the statutes of the State of Illinois. The firm is presently under the ownership of Philippe Moreau, John Frerich and Mark Halm.
