DCS Payroll originally started as a full Management Accounts Bookkeeping service in 1980 with company offices in Livingston. Until 1993 we only provided managed payroll services to our accounts clients. However, the growing demand for outsourced payroll services led us, in 1993, to open offices in Sunderland and Glasgow offering these services directly to businesses who wanted payroll only. DCS Payroll currently acts for over 500 clients across the whole of the UK.
