Serving the automotive needs of our community since 1971, Cumberland Valley Motors began primarily as a BMW dealership. In 1974 we were awarded a Subaru franchise, a little known small Japanese car manufacturer that began importing to the USA at the onset of the gas crisis in the 1970s. Our growth continued in 1984 with the purchase a defunct Dodge franchise from Chrysler Corporation, who at that time were rebuilding from the verge of bankruptcy.
