The Columbia Basin Fish and Wildlife Foundation (CBFWF) was created in October 1993 as a non-profit corporation to provide an opportunity for the Agencies and Tribes of the Pacific Northwest to become directly involved in the fiscal, administrative and managerial aspects of jointly funded activities. The Foundation serves as the administrative/fiscal arm of the Columbia Basin Fish and Wildlife Authority.
