Clemens Pauly was born in Cologne, Germany in 1969. He finished his German legal studies at the Universities of Bonn and Hamburg before returning to Cologne for his mandatory legal clerkship which he finished with the Second German State Examination in 1997. He then completed his Master of Laws in Comparative Law (LL.M.) studies at the University of San Diego School of Law and was sworn in to the German Bar in 1998. In 1999 he was also admitted to the New York bar and began his law practice as Of Counsel to the law firm [Rodriguez Langstadt & Aguero] in Miami, while maintaininghis private practice in Cologne, Germany. After completing his J.D. studies Magna Cum Laude at [Nova Southeastern University] Shepard Broad Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and continued his practice with the law firm [Langstadt Pauly Chartered] in Miami.
