This is a Parisian cheese and cream seller! She roamed the city of lights selling her dairy delicacies to hungry customers. There is probably not a sliver of cheddar in that basket of hers. I recently learned that cheddar was invented in 1666. Isn't that an easy peasy date to remember? I don't have a cheddar postcard so I'll just sneak that cheesy tidbit in via this pretty Madame.
