Jeremy Wurm commenced his recruitment career with Ruston Poole International in London. After returning to Australia in 1989 Jeremy continued to develop his expertise with a Melbourne selection practice. In 1999 he established his own consultancy, “Brooker”, honouring his grandmother’s maiden name. Since 1999 Brooker Consulting has enjoyed an active joint-venture partnership with Ruston Poole International. Practice Manager, Oriel Flewell-Smith, has been with the firm since its inception.
