On the 10th February 2009, the two operating subsidiaries of Bioganix plc (Bioganix Composting Limited and Bioganix Research Limited) were placed into administration as part of the arrangements for the sale of the principal business assets of the Bioganix Group. Please see the announcement on the Investor Relations page for further details. A winding up order in respect of Bioganix plc was made on 30 April 2009 on a court application made by the Directors.
