Domaine Aspras is a 32-hectare organic vineyard in Correns, France, producing Côtes de Provence wines under three labels: Licorne, Les Trois Frères, and à Lisa. The family-run estate also makes beer and olive oil, and operates a tasting room and shop. Correns, where the vineyard is located, became France's first fully organic village in the early 1990s.
