Alabama BEST (Boosting Engineering, Science and Technology) is an educational program that organizes robotics and engineering competitions for K–12 students across Alabama. It was co-founded by personnel from Auburn University's Samuel Ginn College of Engineering and College of Sciences and Mathematics, launching its first competition in fall 2001 with 22 participating schools.
