Our principal charter is to develop and market high technology test equipment used to install, maintain and repair telephone networks and their various systems and peripherals.
Ziad's core business produces diagnostic, infrastructure equipment designed to simplify the installation, maintenance and repair of various types of telephony equipment connected to any telephone network without disabling or otherwise impairing existing hardware and software.
Ziad's primary products, the The PHD Telecommunicator and the Linemaster, provide functions from several of the most commonly used pieces of telephone equipment (i.e., butt-sett, DMM, dB meter, tone generator, etc.) combined with Ziad's Exclusive Dialed Digit Display/Analyzing Technology, all in one hand-held device. This exclusive technology, detects and displays DTMF(touch-tone) digits including; on-time, off-time and dB level, as well as, pulse(rotary) digits including; break percentage, pulses per second rate and interdigit timing. Also, captured and displayed, with their parameters, are the various line occurences such as; zero-volt, on-hook/off-hook, ring, dial tone and hook flash/ wink. Many industries, including; telecommunications, railway systems, airlines, banking, utilities, law enforcement, and the military have recognized a substantive need for the diagnostic capabilities provided by Ziad's products.
