The Youngsville Parks and Recreation Department provides recreational activities for the youth of Youngsville and the surrounding areas of Franklin County, southern Granville County, Franklinton, and Wake Forest. Our basketball program begins in early November through late March and is designed for children and youth ages 6-13.
