Jennifer Yoo is a graduate of NYU with a B.A. in English. She graduated from NYU Law School in 1998. After law school, she worked at Winston & Strawn for five years as an associate. She then joined Coudert Brothers' corporate law practice and became a partner in 2004.
Ms. Yoo specializes in corporate acquisitions and securities transactions. She works with large media companies as well as start-up businesses.
