This site is published by Rod Hutchings. He is an apprentice Yoga Teacher (completing teacher training at Melbourne CAE) and dedicated yoga practitioner in Australia. Yoga associates may be used from time to time to contribute information. This site has been designed to be especially useful for people looking for information on yoga and its techniques and history. It provides information on the history of yoga, asana, physiology, pranayama and meditation.
On this site you can read some articles or opinions which captured my attention and been taught by my teachers. We don´t want to sound like everything we write here is the absolute truth. Everybody is on a different level and every person has "his own truth" - our intention is not to disprove it. Everything what we write here is only our opinion ( or an opinion of other people, whose names are written with their articles ).
So if the meaning of anything written on the site attracts somebody´s attention or even helps someone to do the next step on his/her spiritual journey, then this site also makes sense . .
