In Sanskrit, bhoga means fun or enjoyment, and that's exactly the approach to this 5,000 year-old practice at Yoga Bhoga. Located in Portland Southeast neighborhood, Yoga Bhoga teaches classes in Classical Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Chandra Namaskar, Kundalini, Power and Yin Yoga styles. Yoga Bhoga has classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced students, including prenatal classes. All classes are on a drop-in basis.

Directions
The Yoga Bhoga studio is on SE Morrison St. between 14th and 15th Streets, right next to Nostrana Restaurant. There's a parking lot in front and additional un-metered street parking nearby.
From downtown, the #15 Belmont bus line has frequent service on Belmont St. within a block of the studio. Westbound, the #15 travels on Morrison, right in front of the studio.
