Swami Yogasagar is the founder of the Satyam Yoga School. He is a disciple of his guru Paramahamsa Satyananda. The style of yoga taught at the school is known internationally as Satyananda Yoga which is an integrated style of Hatha Yoga - Raja Yoga - Kundalini Yoga and Kriya Yoga.
The school is located in the heart of Rosebank. We have a Yoga Room with 75 square metres of carpeted floor space, which is well lit with large windows and in a quiet location. All students enjoy the safety and security of the facilities available. Yoga classes, personal training and remedial yoga are available to anyone with an interest in yoga. Our classes are limited to 15 students so that you are assured of personal attention and guidance. You will learn all aspects of yoga including stretching - breathing - relaxation and meditation.
The Satyam Yoga School was established in 1998 to represent Paramahamsa Satyananda who is recognised as one of the great spiritual visionaries of yoga. His teachings combine both tantric and vedic philosophy in a very practical and methodical application of yoga. This style of teaching has become known throughout the world as Satyananda Yoga and is perhaps the most authentic form of yoga that is taught today.
