This site saw the light in January 2001 with the intention of experimenting various Web technologies, and promoting those that seemed (to myself) the most appropriate, in terms whether of efficiency, ergonomy or accessibility. These concerns are shared in part by the World Wide Web Consortium (

As of today in July 2005, the mass of information of any nature transiting on the Web justifies more than ever to inform about the texts allowing these exchanges. These documents are destined to a public educated in information technology, who need to implement them in different contexts and at various degrees. However they might interest other publics as well.
