Welcome to Yergler.net
yergler.net is the online home of Nathan R. Yergler: geek, engineer, and student. Nathan is a software engineer with Creative Commons, where he is responsible for the ccPublisher project among others. Before joining Creative Commons in June 2004, Nathan was a member of the Technology Department faculty at Canterbury School where he provided network support and software development services.
At Canterbury Nathan helped pioneer the use of Python in the high school computer science curriculum, and developed curricula for both Introduction to Computer Science and advanced elective courses. The Introductory course at Canterbury is somewhat unique in that all students are required to take the course, which includes a mandatory programming component.
