The York & District Beekeepers are a friendly and active Association who share a common interest in learning about and caring for bees.
Beekeeping is a fascinating and absorbing hobby but there can be problems for the beginner. By joining a local beekeeping association you will have the opportunity to meet other beekeepers and gain from their experience.
Beekeeping also provides a never ending source of enjoyment and interest to an increasing number of people of all ages and gender – whatever the motive, and our Association exists to promote and advance the craft of beekeeping.
