- Tanja Kenton , also known as ‘Rebekah’, was born in Finland in 1951. She wrote poems from an early age and later was fortunate to have the eminent Finnish poets Matti Paavilainen, Väinö Kirstinä and Risto Ahti as her teachers. She also studied several esoteric traditions including the disciplines of yoga and astrology. She currently lives in London and works with her husband Z’ev ben Shimon Halevi, who is a writer and teacher of Kabbalah.
