- Maturing from previous styles, we decided to design a mixed martial arts, which is karate based. We are a style open to feedback and opinion from students in order to create a more personal experience. This includes more interesting training sessions that include many other forms of martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Grappling, Karate, Self Defence and Fitness training. In order to keep our students interested, we encourage that each class is slightly different to the previous class to make training more enjoyable.
