- XO is Australias largest manufacturer of aluminium cabinet doors which are sold through a network of national distributors including Parbury, Tekform, Tesrol, and Hettich International.
We use only the highest quality furniture grade aluminium and the highest quality hinges. All XO aluminium extrusions are imported from Europe. Our extrusions have a 10 micron anodising as opposed to our competitors who use a 17-25 micron anodising on construction grade aluminium, resulting in thicker anodising being necessary to compensate for inferior softer aluminium.
We use only the highest quality fixings, hinges, runners and material. This has many flow on effects. Production time is decreased, component faults are drastically reduced, and minimal tolerances allow for more accurate assembly. This ensures that your doors are right first time, on time, every time.
A high precision mitre saw fitted with specially formulated and sharpened saw blades ensures a tolerance less than 0.08mm mitre gap when the doors are assembled. Every corner is clamped and glued, eliminating the possibility of it coming loose. This allows us to offer a 10 year warranty on assembly.
