Description
I graduated in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and began a career as a real estate developer, and investor in 1965 and built a portfolio of over $10 million in real estate completing construction projects of over 50 buildings during the past 30 years and rehabilitating over 500 apartment units, and office buildings totaling over 10,000 sq ft.
I also initiated the startup and operation of a mortgage company working with a firm specializing in the acquisition and tax exempt financing of subsidized low income housing by non profit corporations.
I am a former Navy Lieutenant Commander having served in Southeast Asia after earning a Meteorology Certificate from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
