Wyman Jewelers was founded in 1954 by its President and owner, Philip Minsky. Beyond being a fine merchant, Mr. Minsky is highly qualified in several specialized areas of expertise. He earned his Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America in 1957, and in the same year earned the title of Certified Gemologist of the American Gem Society(AGS). He followed up that accomplishment in 1983 by earning the highest title awarded a member of AGS; Certified Gemologist Appraiser.
