Description
Our service area extends from Tacoma up through Southern King County, south to Northern Thurston County, to Enumclaw/White River in the east, and west to the Gig Harbor/Peninsula area.
We provide qualified umpires to 34 high schools, 36 junior high & middle schools, 2 universities, and 2 community colleges. We also provide qualified umpires to most of the recreation teams in the outlined geographical area, including the following programs; Pacific International League, American Legion, Babe Ruth, Connie Mack, Colt, Mickey Mantle, Pony, and Sandy Koufax.
The "Apprentice" program is for the new people who have never umpired before or have some umpiring experience, but not in a structured organization. This program is a minimum 2 year program during which you receive training and work games. If at the end of the 2 year period you have passed all the practical work requirements, you move on to the next level.
