Qlockwork tracks what emails you have read (with recipients), what documents or spreadsheets you have written (with titles), what websites you have browsed and more. In fact, it tracks everything you do.
Qlockwork uses this information to create a new activity calendar in Outlook, which shows you what you have done in a familiar and easy to read format. All the tracking is automatic, you don't have to remember to hit timers and Qlockwork only tracks the time you are actively working.
