We are based in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in web site design & maintenance, web site & e-mail hosting, and custom desktop computers.
Randy owned an e-commerce business, and originally hired others to create the web site. These companies made big promises, but did not deliver. After much frustration with these companies, Randy decided to learn how to do the web site himself (along with the help of a couple of friends - Andrew Kent and Anna Fassell). It ended up being a much bigger project than originally imagined, but the end product was a beautiful 250 page web site with a full shopping cart data base and many exciting graphical innovations.
After all the trouble experienced finding a reliable and knowledgeable web master, Randy quickly realized there is a large demand for this service, and it was something he enjoyed doing. Word Business Design, LLC fills this demand with creative professional web sites at reasonable prices.
