Description
Woodbrook is a community of believers with its roots in the Southern Baptist tradition, but also with strong ties to the Alliance of Baptists and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. Our church community is one of tolerance, acceptance and love for others.
We are active in our ministry efforts, supporting the Assistance Center of Towson Churches, Habitat for Humanity, the Baltimore Gleaning Network, Shepherd's Clinic, English classes and other ministry opportunities.
As with any family, the education and development of its children are a primary focus at Woodbrook. Children are welcome at Woodbrook, and special Bible study, mission education and music programs are available for them. Woodbrook also has an accredited early education center. There are also education, music and fellowship programs for youth (middle school-high school). Our youth attend a missions camp each summer and participate in other missions opportunities throughout the year. Our children and youth also participate frequently in our Sunday worship services through special music, interpretive movement and drama.
