Women in Endocrinology is an organization devoted to promoting and facilitating the professional development and advancement of women in the field of Endocrinology. It works to encourage and support the admission of more women into The Endocrine Society and to make it possible for them to participate in its activities by chairing sessions, reviewing papers for the society journals, and holding offices. It identifies promising young women in Endocrinology and provides opportunities for networking, career guidance, role models, and assistance in moving up the professional ladder.
