In 1997, William Kramer & Associates was created to fill the market demand for high quality loss adjustment services across various product lines including property, casualty, account management, fidelity, and surety. Our firm will focus on the upper end of the market which includes: major corporations, self insured retentions, and catastrophic losses. Our vision is simply to be the first choice among loss adjusters along all product lines we service. We take pride in our core values of integrity, impartiality and professional excellence.
Our firm currently offers services in the property market including energy, oil & gas, mining, business interruption, manufacturing, boiler machinery, CAR, EAR, catastrophic loss, disaster recovery, and grain commodities. Our casualty group is involved with general liability, toxic tort, fidelity and surety, environmental contamination, and medical malpractice. We provide audit capability for reserve adequacy, compliance, and third party administration quality assurance. We also provide claim servicing in the US for Lloyd's underwriters across product lines including the disbursement of funds through escrow accounts.
