About Us
We are Scott and Susan Daniels, and we have seven children - Katie, Mary, Andrew, Bethany, Laura, Jacob and Caleb. Having grown tired of the articifical life many of us face today, we moved from the city to the backwoods of Kentucky in June of 2000. Searching for a slower, more simple lifestyle, where we could raise wholesome food and wholesome children, we set in earnest to learn to grow and process our own food and time-honored crafts.
We welcome everyone to contact us and visit sometime. We welcome anyone wishing to learn more about how we have found health and peace in a simple rural setting.
