Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 4:30pm, Central Time. Wild Ginger is closed for major holidays. You may send us email and faxes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. After hours, weekends, and holiday correspondance will be answered as soon as possible but most likely no later than by the next business day. Also consider joining our customer email discussion lists. We strive to reply to any call, email or fax within hours, but no more than one business day.
