"We are excited to announce that we have purchased the California Olive Oil Manufacturing Company in Reedley, California and the BARI® brand. COOMC along with the BARI® label was started in Fresno, California during 1936 by Frank and Vito Pantaleo. We are calling this new addition to our farming operation the Bari Olive Oil Company. While the name will be changed, the label, products, service, and family tradition that have served BARI® customers for over 72 years, will continue.
