Whittier Canada Enterprise Inc. & Whittier Enterprise Ltd. USA began helping ski resorts with their snowmaking needs in 1993, with Carl Whittier at the helm.
Carl Whittier has spent most of his career in the ski resort and snowmaking industries. From managing ski areas to installing snowmaking systems, his experience has allowed him to accumulate and share his wisdom with others in the industry. Resort owners rely on Carl's expertise when it comes to deciding which would be the best product to use for their conditions.
During the start-up phase of the company, Whittier Canada offered a limited line of snowmaking equipment. We quickly gained the trust of a growing number of ski resorts for our exceptional products and customer service and became the largest distributor of snowmaking equipment across Canada. We are also now building our customer base in the United States and currently are the distributor of Snow Economics Snowguns in the Mid-west United States as well as parts of Pennsylvania and New York State.
