- I love gadgets of all types. I have a RIM Blackberry for e-mail. I've still got my Newton 2100 handheld computer, and my Cassiopeia, but for my daily activities I've been using an iPAQ 3970. I tell ya -- there's still nothing on the market to match the Newton, but the iPAQ comes close. Apple really didn't market the Newton correctly, so it failed. (The Newton is more of a handheld computer like the iPAQ as opposed to a PDA like Palm because it does so much more.) My iPAQ has one of those jackets for PC cards and I've got a 5G hard drive in it to hold lots of data. I picked up one of those Archos 4100 Media players. I've got a bunch of movies and TV shows on it that I don't have time to watch, but eventually will.
