The current owners, Gladys and Les Fox, operate the farm as a very active full-service horse riding and training facility featuring the Fitness by Riding® program and Kidz Kamp - during July and August. Wetherbee Farm offers both indoor and outdoor riding arenas, a cross-country training course with water hazard, and access to miles of trails on conservation land. Gladys Fox's real estate company specializes in equestrian and farm properties and provides expert consulting in all phases of horse farm purchase, ownership and operations.
A Real Estate Broker for over 25 years, Gladys combined her interests to specialize in equestrian and farm properties. Many real estate services are unfamiliar with the special needs of prospective horse farm owners. Gladys knows the zoning laws and best practices pertaining to equestrian and agricultural use, and can apply her expertise to help you evaluate whether or not a property will be suitable for your needs and your horses.
Wetherbee Farm developed and offers Fitness by Riding® for adults and now has approximately 80 active riders, riding one to three times a week. The farm also has an active breeding and sale program, now in its fourth year. With her extensive experience in all aspects of equestrian farm life and operations, Gladys can help advise prospective owners on all aspects of equestrian farm business models and opportunities.
