Installation and commissioning of our hot tubs is carried out by our own staff who will keep you informed all along the way. A date convenient to yourself is arranged for delivery and we oversee the whole operation. If you have difficult access no problem! We regularly undertake deliveries by crane and will happily arrange this for you.
During the installation we provide a qualified electrician to connect to the power supply you have supplied. If you require us to quote to put in a power supply for you we will be happy to do so. Once the spa is connected we wait for the spa to fill and then test the opeation of all features before handing the spa over to you with instructions on correct use of the spa. We offer excellent warranties with all of our hot tubs and we use our own qualified spa engineers to cover our warranties rather than any external company. This way we are familiar with your hot tub and your location and you will see a familiar face. We keep our response times as quick as possible so if there is any concern with your hot tub we will rapidly sort it out.
