The Alley Cat weed wiper was designed by Mark DuBois of South Florida. Mark came up with the idea of the wiper to combat weeds on his family's large vegetable farm. Coming up with a solution that would be safe to use in plastic mulch was not easy. But, after much trial and error, the Alley Cat Weed Wiper was born.
