- In 1961, two brothers and an uncle decided to build a grocery store. From the one store, 5 more were acquired and were very successful. In the mid 70's they were contacted by a local coop elevator to fix a meal for 350. Being the entrepreneur that the trio was, they took on the project. Not knowing what to do or without any equipment, they started the project. Borrowing pans and containers from the school and enlisting several good cooks, they were able to pull their 1st meal off. Little did they know that this would grow and thrive to the business that they have today.
