Wayne Allen
My name is Wayne Allen and I am a software craftsman.
I currently work as the VP of Software Engineering at ISI in Portland, OR USA. In the past I have worked as an agile coach, manager, director, software architect and developer. I've worked for product companies, consulting companies and owned my own consulting business. I regularly present on agile topics locally, nationally and internationally. I am working on a book for Addison Wesley. Currently I am interested in the soft side of development, organizational change, agile process and making things work.
