I became a fitness professional after 23 years in the Armed Forces. I retrained in 1996 with Premier Fitness successfully qualifying with a Diploma in fitness Training and sports therapy. I satisfied the requirements to become a member of the institute of health and beauty counsel, also by virtue of the approved training and qualifications in the profession, met the requirements in physical therapy and became a member of the fellowship of sports masseurs and therapists (now the London and Counties Society of Physiologists.) I have worked with clients from all age and health groups with established experience in exercise for the elderly, for the young and for exercise with special populations including ME and MS. I then gained valuable experience working for a well renowned clinic in Harley Street. I made the decision to move to Spain in January 2003 to begin a clinic of my own, which has now become a well respected and professional service to all residents of the local area of Alicante, Santa Pola and Gran Alacant.
