- Vshake was created by two founders: Sagi Richberg and Sergey Gribov. The original idea was conceived by Sagi Richberg in the year 2001 and presented to friends who claimed that social networking services on the internet would never work. Mr. Richberg decided to abandon the project after receiving his friends' criticism, only to find out to his surprise after two years, that social networking websites for business and dating were springing up like mushrooms after rain. Luckily for him, these websites did not possess the technology or the business models he envisioned, so he immediately applied for a world-wide patent.
