Watching friends struggling to make their businesses successful revealed one of the biggest setbacks - overwhelming administrative tasks that ate up time they could be out meeting clients and building new business.
This unmasked a real need for affordable yet highly skilled administrative support professionals to assist small business owners, private practice or independent professionals and busy executives with the routine tasks they all seemed to hate doing the most, or just didn't have the time to really do well.
