Ordinance #12 Section 2 states it is unlawful to possess or keep any dangerous or vicious animal within the Village. For purposes of this ordinance, a pit bull shall be considered a dangerous animal. Ordinance #7 Section 2 states that a resident may not have more than three dogs or cats kept at their residence.
