Vimax Extender is advertised as a clinically tested penis enlargement product. It is advertised as being able to enlarge the penis 3-4 inches, easy to wear with no exercises, a way to correct penis curvatures, and claims to be a permanent solution. The product was developed by Dr. Jorn Ege Siana of Denmark who apparently specializes in “penis lengthening.” He developed the first prototype in 1994, and the device has undergone a number of clinical studies, according to the advertisement. Vimax Extender is marketed as being 100% effective, claiming that all users have increased the length of their penis. The biggest increase has been 4 inches after 4 months of use.
