Known for being an EXTREMELY annoying SPAM email host, and not taking ANY action to stop it.

This company is a nightmare and is heavily involved in the world of illegal spamming and spidering of websites/WHOIS data to obtain email lists. Versaweb refuses to cease and desist in these operations.
Their IP address of their servers have all been blacklisted. If you rent from these criminals you will not be able to send emails without being associated as a spam operation too.
