Here at verē (pronounced "very") we are dedicated to celebrating chocolate as food, not candy! By now we all know that dark chocolate is good for you, but we are talking about more than just antioxidants. - Fiber Our signature couverture has more fiber per serving than a slice of whole wheat bread
- Inulin We add this fiber and prebiotic to our signature couverture to support the immune system and promote healthy digestion (this does not apply to our organic flavor bars)
- Functional Foods We use nuts, seeds, soy, virgin coconut oil, inulin and, of course, dark chocolate!
