Vegetarian Society (Singapore) is a nonprofit organisation run entirely by volunteers, formed in 1999 with the primary objectives of promoting vegetarianism through research and education, and linking individuals and organisations that believe in the principles of vegetarianism.
The society has no religious affiliations and seeks to encompass a wide range of vegetarianism. We are the only registered vegetarian society in Singapore, recognised as a member of the International Vegetarian Union, and to have links with other vegetarian societies all around the world.
To hold exhibitions and talks at public areas and educational institutions to spread the awareness and benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle.
