The Van Maren Group of Companies was formed in 1973 by brothers Bernie and Eric Van Maren. In its initial years the company acted as a framing and concrete subcontractor on a variety of projects. During the 1980's the Van Maren Group of Companies acted primarily as a general contractor on a wide variety of projects in BC, Washington State and California, as well as developing a number of projects on their own.
